 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SR 2  (OPPOSE COAL AS HAZARDOUS/NOXIOUS              
 SUBSTNCE) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked              
 for the pleasure of the committee.                                            
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that SR 2 be                 
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
